If you have lost a license key that you purchased previously, you can use the license auto-recovery service.

• Please note that the license recovery service is only available to official customers of the program insofar as they are listed in our customer database.
  
  If you received a free license key as a result of any promotion, then you should contact the organizers of the relevant promotion in order to recover this type of key.


• The license recovery process involves resending the license to the email address that was provided when purchasing the most recent license key.
