This Policy explains how Kerish Products LLP (“Kerish Products”, “we”) handles personal information when you visit kerish.org, contact support, subscribe to updates, download our products, or use related product features. Controller contact: 34 Imanova Street, VP-1, Astana 010005, Republic of Kazakhstan; admin@kerish.org.
We use information as needed to provide a requested service or fulfil a purchase, to comply with legal obligations, for legitimate interests such as security, support and improving our products, or on consent where consent is required (for example, a newsletter subscription or non-essential tracking). We share information only as needed with service providers supporting hosting, analytics, social sharing, support, email delivery and payments, with professional advisers, or where law requires. Providers may process information in other countries and under their own terms. We do not intentionally sell personal information for money. Some analytics or social-sharing disclosures may be treated as “sale” or “sharing” under certain laws; you may contact us to exercise any applicable opt-out right.
The Site uses cookies or similar tools needed for basic operation and may use analytics and social-sharing technologies, including Google Analytics and Shareaholic. Third-party support and subscription widgets may also set or access technologies when loaded. You can manage cookies through your browser. Where applicable law requires prior consent for non-essential technologies, we will seek that consent before using them; withdrawing consent does not affect prior lawful processing. A cookie notice alone is not a substitute for a consent choice.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including support, license and transaction records, security and legal retention duties, and then delete or de-identify it where practicable. Because Kerish Products is based in Kazakhstan and uses international service providers, information may be processed outside your country. We use protections or transfer mechanisms required by the law that applies to you.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, opt out of certain disclosures, and complain to a data-protection authority. For people in the EU/EEA, the GDPR applies when its territorial conditions are met, including processing related to offering goods or services to people in the Union or monitoring their behaviour there; it is not triggered solely by the language of a page. UK residents may have rights under UK data-protection law. California and other US state rights apply where the relevant law covers us. Residents of Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Türkiye, Brazil and other places retain rights provided by their local law. To make a request, email admin@kerish.org. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and will respond as required by law.
The Site is not designed to collect personal information from children contrary to applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action. We may revise this Policy by posting an updated version and date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Contact us at admin@kerish.org.
