Why should I purchase a license key?

All our software products come with a trial period that allows you to use them for free for 15 days.
Then, if you are satisfied with the software and want to continue using it, you must purchase a license key and activate it in the program in order to continue to use it.

You can purchase a license key here.
Instructions about how to activate Kerish PC Doctor using a license key can be found here.

What should I do if I can't find the email with the license key?

Our server automatically creates and delivers license keys upon receipt of funds in our account.
But keep in mind that if you pay in cash through a payment terminal or by bank transfer it may take up to three working days for you to receive your key depending on the workload of the operator through which you made the payment.

If, after this time, you have not received a message with a license key, it is possible that our message was mistakenly labeled by your mail server as "Spam". Please check the appropriate folder in your mailbox.
If our email is not in your "Spam" folder, it may be that you entered the wrong email address and our server sent the message to the wrong address. Don’t worry, we can help. Contact the sales department and we will look into the problem.

When does the term for my license key begin?

The license key is valid from the moment it is created and delivered to the email address entered at the time of payment.
The term of the license key is not affected by when you activate it in the software, since it is established in the key itself at the time it is created.
For example, you can obtain a license key that is valid for one year and choose not to activate it, but it will still expire in one year.

Can I buy a cheaper license key that is valid for only one computer?

Initially all the license keys were intended to work on only one computer.
But since many users own a laptop or work computer in addition to their home computer, we met them half-way and expanded the number of devices that could be covered by one license key to three.
The cost of this standard license key has not changed and remains the same.
This license key can be used on up to three computers.

If I buy several license keys, can their expiration dates be added together to give me a longer overall term?

Each license key has its own term during which it is valid.
This term is embedded in the key at the time it is generated. The terms of different keys cannot be added together.

Do you consider installing the software on a reinstalled operating system to be the same as installing it on a new computer?

Of course not.
The number of operating systems on the computer, as well as reinstalling or rolling back the version of one of these operating systems, does not affect the license, since it is tied to the computer's hardware, not its operating system.
All you have to do is keep the license key in a safe place (in addition, it should be stored in the electronic mailbox to which it was sent at the time of purchase). It can then be used to reactivate the software when necessary.

I replaced my PC. How do I deregister my license key from my old device?

Unfortunately, you cannot deregister license keys from already-activated devices.
If the license key has been activated on a particular device, then that activation has already been counted as activation on a new PC.
